Customer data accross the chain.

wInner's central customer database ensures that guest profile data is available at every hotel of the hotel chain. The system automatically synchronises customer profiles between the central system and the individual hotels. Once a guest has made a reservation for any hotel in the hotelchain, the guest profile automatically becomes available to all other hotels.

Central data integrated in the PMS.

The integration between the central database and the wInner PMS ensures that at any time, the hotel can query the central database when making reservattions. Easy retrieval of central customer details is interated in the reservations process. So even if a guest is a walk-in at a hotel withing the chain where the guest has not yet stayed before, the guest profile is available via the central system.

Always up to date.

Even if changes are made to a guest profile, the system will automatically synchronise these changes with the local system. This way each hotel has accurate and correct guest data at any time.
