You have full control over your online inventory and rate structure as well as rules and restrictions to maximize your yield.
wInner Webhotel offers following modules.
Booking Engine.
The wInner Booking Engine allows you to save costs because it charges no commission per booking, only a fixed monthly fee. Every booking made via your own website means immediate profit compared to reservations that you receive via booking sites.
Channel Manager.
The Channel Manager allows you to connect popular hotel booking sites (Internet distribution channels). You can manage inventory and rates from one single screen and have the connected sites updated automatically. Reservations made via these channels are automatically integrated into the PMS and rates and availability are automatically synchronised across the channels.
Central Reservations.
For hotel chain environments, wInner Webhotel is used in a multi-property environment. This means any hotel belonging to the chain can be booked directly from the booking engine. Your guests can search availability across the chain hotels and your reservations department can use the same module to make reservations in any hotel of the group.
Centralised Customer database.
Also for hotel chain environments, this module will host a central customer database that is used by the local PMS systems in the hotels. Hotels can interrogate this database and guest records become available in each hotel of the group. Once a guest has stayed in one of the hotels, their data is accessible in any other hotel of the group.
PMS integration.
When linked with the wInner PMS, all reservations made through any of the connected channels or the own website are automatically booked in the PMS. Inventory and rates from the PMS can be uploaded automatically to the website or connected channels.
